How to Claim?

  • Inform TPA immediately after illness/injury or before planned hospitalization
  • In emergency hospitalization, inform within 24 hours
  • Submit claim documents within 7 days after discharge
  • Required documents:
    • Hospital bills & discharge summary
    • Medicine bills & prescriptions
    • Test reports
    • Doctor/surgeon certificates & bills
  • Post-hospitalization claims should be submitted within 7 days after treatment completion
  • Original documents are required for claim processing
  • TPA may request additional medical records if needed
