How to Claim?
- Inform TPA immediately after illness/injury or before planned hospitalization
- In emergency hospitalization, inform within 24 hours
- Submit claim documents within 7 days after discharge
- Required documents:
- Hospital bills & discharge summary
- Medicine bills & prescriptions
- Test reports
- Doctor/surgeon certificates & bills
- Post-hospitalization claims should be submitted within 7 days after treatment completion
- Original documents are required for claim processing
- TPA may request additional medical records if needed
