Commercial Vehicle Insurance
This policy covers all types of commercial vehicles used on public roads. Under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, vehicle insurance is mandatory for all vehicle owners in India.

IDV (Insured Declared Value)
IDV is the vehicle’s insured value based on manufacturer price minus depreciation. If repair cost exceeds 75% of IDV, it is treated as a Constructive Total Loss (CTL).

How to Claim?
In case of an incident, follow these simple steps:
Accidental Damage
- Inform the insurance company immediately
- Submit claim form, RC copy, driving license, and repair estimate
- Vehicle inspection will be arranged by the surveyor
- Submit final repair bills and required documents
Vehicle Theft
- Lodge an FIR with the police immediately
- Inform the insurance company and submit FIR copy
- Submit Final Police Report once received
- Cooperate with investigation and submit required documents
Liability Claims
- Inform the insurance company immediately
- Submit claim form, RC, driving license, and FIR copy
- Forward any court notices or legal documents received
