How to Claim?

Follow these simple steps to make a claim under your two-wheeler insurance policy:

Accident Damage Claim

  1. Inform the nearest insurance office immediately
  2. Fill and submit the claim form
  3. Submit vehicle RC, driving license, and repair estimate
  4. Vehicle inspection will be conducted by the surveyor
  5. Submit final repair bills after completion
  6. Damaged parts (salvage) may be required if requested

Theft Claim

  1. File an FIR immediately with the police
  2. Inform the insurance company and submit FIR copy
  3. Submit the final police report once received
  4. Cooperate with investigators/surveyors
  5. Transfer RC, hand over vehicle keys, and complete claim documents after approval

Third-Party Liability Claim

  1. Inform the insurance company immediately
  2. Forward any court summons without delay
  3. Submit claim form with:
    • Registration Certificate (RC)
    • Driving License
    • FIR copy
