How to Claim?
Follow these simple steps to make a claim under your two-wheeler insurance policy:
Accident Damage Claim
- Inform the nearest insurance office immediately
- Fill and submit the claim form
- Submit vehicle RC, driving license, and repair estimate
- Vehicle inspection will be conducted by the surveyor
- Submit final repair bills after completion
- Damaged parts (salvage) may be required if requested
Theft Claim
- File an FIR immediately with the police
- Inform the insurance company and submit FIR copy
- Submit the final police report once received
- Cooperate with investigators/surveyors
- Transfer RC, hand over vehicle keys, and complete claim documents after approval
Third-Party Liability Claim
- Inform the insurance company immediately
- Forward any court summons without delay
- Submit claim form with:
- Registration Certificate (RC)
- Driving License
- FIR copy
